output filters on 3XX redirects

Hi,

I am looking to call an output filter on 3XX status codes. 
But I am not seeing my output filter being called on those 
types of requests.

Do 3XX shortcut the filter chain?

Yes, 3XX error pages remove all output filters.  I do not believe that
it is currently possible to add an output filter for those pages,
although I could be wrong about that.
