Flash version

While entering into conf room its saying flash content is vulnerable
because its old version.
If i click on allow and run with the existing flash version the video is
getting struck.
is the flash need to up to date every time??
can i disable flash update check??

It's up to you to update flash or not, OM would not steal any of your data
I swear :) (I would recommend to update)
I don't know how to disable checking

red5.log is single file, no log rotation configured
error you found in om.log is actually warning, nothing serious

I found error in om.log  but could not find red5.log with yesterdays date.

I usually try to use latest software.
Video stuck is most probably caused by error on the server, check
openmeetings.log and red5.log

I'm pretty sure there's an option "continue and remember" or something to that effect. Or you can update the flash player.
