Update LZO wiki page

Hi,

Recently a few peeps reported on user@ that they had issues with the
steps in http://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/UsingLzoCompression

Mainly I think the LZO packager, shouldn't we recommend Todd's repo
instead? I recall his being more current than Kevin's. Could someone
confirm and/or update the wiki?
