[Sandesha2] branch for the 1.2 release

Hi Devs,

I've created the branch for the 1.2 release at
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/webservices/sandesha/branches/sandesha2/java/1_2/

>From now all please commit all the bug fixes to both branch and the trunk.
Lets add new features only to the trunk. If u feel like a certain feature
should be added to the branch please let the list informed.
