can you please check with Developer tools/Firebug if elements with IDs '#header, #topLinks, #menu' has "display: none;" or "display: block" CSS property?
I believe I can add workaround for this, but it would be great to know the reason.
Are you able to reproduce this in debug version? (built with ant option -Dwicket.mode=DEVELOPMENT)
