patch for new menu items "collapse" and "expand"

before release 2.3 (before new property onload.expandtree), we fixed this
behaviour by creating 2 new menu items in the "edit" menu (and context menu
when right clicking on a treenode)
- collapse all nodes
- expand all nodes
nodes are recursively collapses/expanded beginning from the selected node.
we are working with this feature since 2 months and it works fine. 
i created a patch for release 2.3, it would be nice if this feature can be
found in next release :)
