[PATCH] Minor typo in Apache2::Status

While unsuccessfully (as of yet) trying to make a test case out of my
Apache->server->push_handlers() bug, I noticed that Apache2::Status
does Apache->push_handlers() the mod_perl 1 way. Here is a patch that
fixes that.

I also added a test to make sure that syntax actually works - I wasn't sure :)
