Help Xerces2

I have found this documentation to be a little confusing. What class should
I use to read my XML documents the org.apache.xerces.parsers.* or the
javax.xml.parsers.* that come with the Xerces zip? What relation does JAXP
1.2 EA1 have to Xerces2? And finally, where is this all going? Is JAXP 1.2
going to be the interface for Xerces2 everyone will use or should you still
use Xerces2 seperate?
