Output return value of setLastModified/document behaviour

Summary: Output return value of setLastModified/document
                    behaviour
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.1
          Platform: Other
               URL: http://developer.java.sun.com/developer/bugParade/bugs/4
                    466073.html
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Antidote
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: schulte@guug.de
                CC: schulte@guug.de

The "bug" in the JDK mentioned in the URL causes Ant's touch to behave
different from the UNIX touch-command. While it is probably not easy to
force ant to behave "well", it shouldn't be too difficult to give the user
a hint (message if setLastModified returns false) and to mention this in the
docu.

Thanks a lot for your helpful product,

Martin
