Board Report due in 2 weeks

Hi All,

It might be a couple of weeks until the report is due, but there's been 
quite a bit of activity this quarter, and I had a few minutes spare to 
draft a report. This is just my view of activity over the last quarter 
and it could well be that I missed something important. So please review 
the draft report on the Wiki [1] and give me feedback.

I made a few minor improvements/corrections and added a bullet on possible
