With listed environment, OM see timezone "Europe/Moscow" as GMT+4.
After applying timezone update to java (http://www.oracle.com/us/technologies/java/tzupdater-readme-136440.html), new bugs appears:
1. When creating events in calendar, in dialog we see time "now + 1 hour".
2. After creating event, as example, with start at 11:00 today, in calendar this event written with start at 10:00 and to previous day.
3. In email invitation we see correct timezone (GMT+3) but incorrect date (previous day).
