apr_dso_sym_t <-- apr_dso_handle_sym_t

It seems this type should be changed for 2.0 - may I deprecate
apr_dso_handle_sym_t in favor of apr_dso_sym_t?

What exactly would you propose changing in the trunk?  (answers in diff
-u format preferred ;)
