> long story short, maven frequently has issues resolving either xlts or the docbook plugins. I think it's an issue on the jboss maven repo either blocking too many concurrent requests or some kind of quote or bandwidth cap, etc. Maybe we can use the maven site plugin + pdf plugins to get a near equivalent setup or maybe there are some other alternatives out there
