Problems with Slide

I have installed Slide 1.10 and Tomcat 4 under Windows 2000.
When I start Catalina and open my browser (IE 5.5 or IE 6.0), and I try 
to open http://localhost:8080/slide all seems ok, but if I try to do 
something, it happens that the system tells me that I haven't the 
rights to do anything. What can I do? How can I add the contents to my 
repository?
