[GitHub] camel pull request: Support `String.format()` strings as input to ...

    Support `String.format()` strings as input to simple expression

    Support creating expressions on the form:
    
        from("direct:foo")
            .filter(simpleF("${header.%s} == 'test'", MyConstants.HEADER_NAME))
            .log("Filtered");
    
    Sorry about the deleted whitespaces in `BuilderSupport.java`. 
    `atom` made me do it.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/jhberges/camel feature/format-string-expression

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/653.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
