Build error

 Hi,

I'm trying to build Coudstack and i got this error:

  File "/home/cloudstack/tools/apidoc/gen_toc.py", line 223
    with file(out, 'w') as f:
            ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

any idea?

Old Python installed?

Not sure what the required version is, what version do you have installed?
