  Removed:     util/src/java/org/apache/commons/util CollectionsUtils.java
  Log:
  Removed as its functionality is duplicated by Commons.Collections.CollectionUtil
  
  It was already duplicated the methods except for one large one, slice,
  which I believe was removed due to it being conceptually poor.
