    Description: {{RaftManager#prepareRaftGroup}} method does two things: starts a Raft service and, optionally, starts a Raft node. We already have two separate methods that do these things: {{startRaftNode}} and {{startRaftService}}. We should remove {{prepareRaftGroup}} method and replace it with these two methods.
