   ah yea, it's not really extract. Can we follow big query to add 3 functions: `UNIX_SECONDS`, `UNIX_MILLIS`, `UNIX_MICROS`. See https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/reference/standard-sql/timestamp_functions
