   TestMasterRegionWALCleaner failure is related to the change here. Not a logical issue but the MasterWAL cleaner tries to move the data from the walArchive dir to globalWALArchive dir. If by the time the afterRoll() method does not see the oldWAL directory with the WAL file it will just return without moving. This is causing the failure to happen. So i just changed the test to wait for > 8 secs (as it was doing previously) to verify at the end the log cleaner has deleted the globalWALArchive dir.
