I had a requirement for adding page labels (See PDF Reference
(http://www.adobe.com/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/PDF32000_2008.pdf, page 374
(12.4.2 Page Labels). Since PDFBox does not have this functionality
currently. I ended up implementing it.
The code contains on public method getPageLabels(), which should become a part of the PDDocumentCatalog API. This method returns an array of page labels. The array size corresponds to the number of pages in the document.

In order to run the test case, test_pagelabels.pdf should be placed under src/test/resources/org/apache/pdfbox/pdmodel directory.
