When creating the {{FileStore}} in {{SegmentNodeStoreRegistrar#register}}, the statistics provider instance available from the configuration is not correctly set on the {{FileStoreBuilder}}. This has the effect of using {{StatisticsProvider.NOOP}} in the {{FileStoreStats}}, resulting in multiple metrics not being collected (e.g. _TAR_READER_COUNT, SNFE_COUNT,_ etc.)
