Unsure if I broke something with the Application Resources...
IntelliJ altered the language resource files when I make some changes to
them as a result of ROL-1979 (turning off subcategories, so I needed to
remove the text saying that they could be created.) It's not visible
here:

but you can see it here: http://markmail.org/message/olklqfi6fzb2lp34 .
Basically, it replaced foreign letters not in English with some other
mapping of them. If this breaks the code, I can easily revert the
change but I'm unsure if it matters.
