Release of Velocity Engine 2.2

Hi,

I have a question. A week a go there is an issue resolved (VELOCITY-919<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VELOCITY-919>) and I wanted to know when the Velocity Engine version 2.2 is going to be released.
The release of our application is blocked now because of the issue VELOCITY-919<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VELOCITY-919>.
