I've got an error

   First of all I have to tell that I am amazed by jakarta project. I use it with apache
web server and all is ok.
The problem is when I try to use it with IIS. I configured everything but the IIS doesn't
load the isapi_redirect.dll. In Event Viewer I have this message:

"The HTTP Filter DLL C:\redirect\isapi_redirect.dll failed to load.  The data is the
error. " 
Also the generated binary data is : 0000: 02 00 00 00 

Any advices?
