I slightly modified your attached patch and pushed it to the [feature branch|https://git1-us-west.apache.org/repos/asf?p=olingo-odata2.git;a=commit;h=3ed58899d76c57ef8a26a3a02098c736f4740856].
Feedback would be nice and perhaps some tests ;o)
Btw: Within the next days/weeks I try to merge the feature branch with the current master (SNAPSHOT).
