Tapestry 4.1 to 4.1.1 upgrade

Hi everyone,

Have to quickly say that the Tapestry Dev. team are doing a sterling job 
of improving the framework, thanks for all your hard work.
I Just completed a fairly smooth upgrade, I am quite impressed with the 
noticeable performance improvements since 4.0

Syntax and error checking seems to be a lot stricter in 4.1.1, this is a 
good thing, so If you are upgrading be sure to close every tag, even 
<br> or <img>, they have to become <br/> and <img/>... I was getting 
this warning: "No ajax-response elements recieved." (received is a minor 
typo by the way), and firebug showed: "mismatched tag. Expected: 
</img>." or "</br>"
