Drupal error on templates and extension pages

Morning all,

Got the message below when I linked to it from this link, 
https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/OOoAuthors_User_Manual/Draw_Guide/Drawing_a_flow_diagram 
on Oct, 13, 2017 (figures, Friday the 13th).

/PDOException/: SQLSTATE[42000] [1226] User 'a689098admin' has exceeded 
the 'max_user_connections' resource (current value: 100) in 
/lock_may_be_available()/ (line /167/ of 
//home/project-web/aoo-templates/templates/includes/lock.inc/).

Extensions page also had a similar message.
