[VOTE] Apache OpenMeetings 3.2.0 Release Candidate 2

Dear OpenMeetings Community,

I would like to start a vote about releasing Apache OpenMeetings 3.2.0 RC2
This release is the first step to pure HTML5 OpenMeetings, room is partially
converted.
RC1 was canceled due to critical issue with displaying screen-sharing

Main changes are:

Release 3.2.0, provides Partial HTML5 room:

Room is partially moved to HTML5
* Room menu
* User list
* File tree
* Activities and actions
* Room chat

Other fixes and improvements in all components
