Tomcat as service in Win2000

Hi

I' can run Tomcat 4 as a service under NT4 quite happily using invoker.exe 
or gservany.exe or JavaService, simply by registering the service pointing 
at startup.bat.

But... *for the life of me* I cannot get it to run under Win2000. I would 
dearly like to get rid of Win2000 and use Linux instead, but unfortunately 
my workplace is set on it. So I really need a way to get it to run as a 
service.

Has anyone managed to do this?
