   ## Description
   `mxnet.ndarray.op.slice_like` crashes(aborts)  when `shape_like` contains 0 in shape.
   
   ### Error Message
   ~~~python
   Segmentation fault: 11
   
   terminate called without an active exception
   Aborted (core dumped)
   ~~~
   
   ## To Reproduce
   ~~~python
   import mxnet 
   import numpy as np
   mxnet.ndarray.op.slice_like(data=mxnet.nd.ones((1,1,1)), shape_like=mxnet.nd.array(np.ones((0,0,1))))
   ~~~
   
   ## Environment
   
   OS: ubuntu 18.04
   Python: 3.7.6
   pip: 20.0.2
   numpy: 1.18.5
   mxnet: 1.6.0
