XML-RPC 3.0a1 WS commons dependency

Hi list,

Maybe i'm ahead of things but i've downloaded XML-RPC 3.0a1 but it
seems that i'm missing "org/apache/ws/commons/util/XsDateTimeFormat"
while executing a test example. Unfortunately i can't find the WS
commons that contains this class anywhere, isn't it released yet or
didn't i understood it at all?
