[PATCH] Documentation

Hi,

 

I'm new to Cactus. I spent a while browsing through the site, reading
the docs and familiarizing myself. I thought it would be nice to have a
direct link on the "participating" page towards the open issues. I've
made a patch for this, which I'm appending to this mail.

Do you think it could be useful? If yes, could someone apply it please?

 

I look forward to participating more regularly in this project which I
think is fascinating!! :-))
