Client Fault Update

Just wanted to send an update on the client fault bits. I have a basic 
case working, however it breaks other things. I need to clean up how we 
correlate respones within CXF.  Working on getting it done, but am not 
sure exactly how long as ApacheCon is keeping me too busy... :-)
