tomcat service launcher does not accept path to jvm.dll with spaces

When reconfiguring the with the "Configure Tomcat" Application I try to select a
server\bin\jvm.dll from a directory that as a space in it. This does not work. a
jvm.dll from a directory without spaces works correctly.

This is probably a bug in commons-daemon, but affects tomcat5/windows installs
