Surefire fired before local deployment completes

Hello,

I'm using Cargo during the pre-integration-test phase to deploy an EAR 
in a local running JBoss, then surefire during the integration-test 
phase to run some JUnit/HTTPUnit tests. However, deployment takes some 
seconds and the tests randomly fail with 404 errors during deployment. 
How can i make either cargo or surefire wait a bit to make sure 
deployment is complete?
