I can´t instace a servlet why?

Hi
I`m try to make a jsp, which call a servlet, but when I push the submit
button 
the iexplorer response me "I cannot found the page".
This is the enviroment:
    Apache Tomcat/5.0.13
    IE 6.0.2800.1106
 
If I introduce inside the admin page of Tomcat, I see my site (ready to
use, I guess)
Which changes I should be do?
I send you the site zipped into the mail, it´s very simple, to be more
ilustrative.
