[ANNOUNCE] community syncs for 2024

[Wilfred Spiegelenburg <wi...@apache.org>]

We're almost at the end of the calendar year.

The next community sync was planned to take place on the evening
before the US holiday of ThanksGiving. That sync has been cancelled
and the next sync will take place at: 2024-12-11 @4:30PM PST time.

That will be the last sync of this year as the one after that would be
on Christmas day (2024-12-25)

The first sync in the new year will be on 2025-01-08 @4:30PM PST time.

Wilfred
