Rejected mail score

Greetings

Using SpamAssassin version 2.63.

Why is a message with this score being rejected? Running it through
the test gives me this:

Content analysis details: (-97.5 points, 4.5 required)

 pts rule name description
---- ----------------------
--------------------------------------------------
 1.0 DATE_MISSING Missing Date: header
1.0 OACYS_CONS_6 BODY: Email has six consonants in a row
 0.1 LG_4C_2V_3C BODY: Gibberish found?
 0.5 J_CHICKENPOX_44 BODY: {4}Letter - punctuation - {4}Letter
-100 USER_IN_WHITELIST From: address is in the user's white-list

thanks....

Paul

SpamAssassin does do any rejecting or delivery. It just scores the
message and leaves the rest up to some other application. What
application are you using that has the "power" to reject or accept a
message based on the score that SA assigns? And then, what does it use
to decide what to do?

Cheers,
Bob
