[Bug 123358] Open some Word 2003 DOC files fails

We introduced OO 4 and notice that several Word DOC files fail to open, error
"read-error" "error reading file".  After some study it seems that by removing
certain elements in de DOC (using Word 2003) solves the problem, ie. removing a
figure, or removing the footer.

I add 2 attachments as example :
* Badcopy.doc with the error
* goodcopy(nofigure).doc is a copy of badcopy.doc but figure removed...

This is a show-stopper for further implementation, as many old DOC files are
inaccessible.
