[PR] Preserve caller-supplied output streams [maven-executor]
efegokdemir opened a new pull request, #55:

## Summary
- Keep caller-supplied stdout and stderr streams open after forked execution completes.
- Update the request contract and add a regression test for the stream lifecycle.
## Testing
- `mvn -pl maven-executor -Dtest=ProcessBuilderExecutorSupportTest -DfailIfNoTests=false test` — passed.
- `mvn -pl maven-executor -DskipTests verify` — passed.
- `git diff --check` — passed.
