Newbie question: WARNING - No Active Transaction msg

Hi All,

I'm new to slide, and after having gone through the installation procedure,
having resolved the "access denied" problems, etc, I'm at the point where I
am trying to put (store) a file. I am doing this by (a) bringing up the URI
"http://localhost:8080/slide" in My Network Places (on Windows XP) and (b)
attempting to drag a simple text file into the "files" directory therein.

When I try this, I get an alert telling me that the file already exists
(even though it doesn't) and asking if I want to overwrite the file. Note
that in that "do you want to overwrite" dialog/alert, it shows me that the
file I tried to copy to the "files" directory is ZERO BYTES in size.
Realize that this symptom occurs no matter what file I choose.

I am in a jboss/jetty environment (again, on WindowsXP), and the only
messages indicating problems are:
(1) WARNING - WARNING: No active transaction
and
(2) INFO - HEAD = 204 No Content [presumably when I tried the copying of my
file to the "files" directory]

Finally, I should mention that my Domain.xml file is using the default
MemoryDescriptorsStore for node, security, locks, and revisions and the
FileContentStore for content.

Thanks for whatever assistance you can provide.

Jon Kinsting
