The ActionFromScheduler is not implemented at the moment.

It is also a wide ranging flag to have which has a large amount of impact. The RESYNC as described boils down to a full reinit of the shim and the core. We have no highly reliable way to detect any state on either the core or shim that would warrant that kind of a major action.

To trigger that from within the code would be the same as a full restart including recovery.

We should remove this from the interface specially in view of the possibility of a gRPC service that is exposed.
