   @michaeljmarshall I am glad this topic is brought up. We also have a use case with `pulsar-discovery` for a 10-Million+ topic scenario. As we known, one pulsar broker cluster works fine with about 1M topics under proper tuning, but not more topics. So we use pulsar-discovery as a federation solution for multiply pulsar-broker clusters.
