problem with ActiveMQ OutOfOrderTestCase class.

When I run the original test case, which is located at
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/activemq/tags/activemq-5.6.0/activemq-core/src/test/java/org/apache/activemq/bugs/OutOfOrderTestCase.java,
there is no problem.

But when I add the following code:

there is a  failure:

(And when I run the test, the config is default, and ActiveMQ version is
5.6.0)

So, my question is: is my test case (testOrderBatchly  named) incorrect? or
this is a ActiveMQ bug?
