Create a new toolkit module to generate the Swagger API library based on the current REST API annotations in the NiFi source by way of the Swagger Codegen Maven Plugin.  This should make it easier access to access the REST API from Java code or Groovy scripts.

Swagger Codegen support other languages, so this could be expanded for additional API client types.
