Temporary fix by setting `DATA_UPLOAD_MAX_NUMBER_FIELDS = 2000` (default is 1000) and `touch django_airavata/wsgi.py` to restart.

I'll investigate whether we should make this a permanent change or if this is a one-off for the toppic gateway.
