### Task Summary
`agent-service/src/agent/tools/workflow-crud-tools.ts` (~94% covered) has untested validation and input-port guard branches, and `agent-service/src/logger.ts` (~57% covered) has no test at all. Extend the former's spec and add one for the logger.
