Apache Camel currently has an [OpenTracing component|https://github.com/apache/camel/tree/master/components/camel-opentracing] that enables a request to be traced across multiple camel components.

This task is to implement an equivalent capability, but using the OpenTelemetry Java tracer.

 

This might involve a refactoring of the current opentracing implementation in order to reuse span decorators.
