   ### Steps to reproduce
   Android 中使用加载线性图，使用dataZoom后，滑动有时候滑不动，点位还会莫名横跳，比如我从a点滑动到b点，当我再次从a点位滑动时，线图会把上次b点的位置跳到a点，导致达不到想要的效果，更换4.6.0版本及4.9.0版本依旧如此

   正常滑动
   
   ### What is actually happening?
   不能正常滑动
